ATM card got stolen. Bank doesn't cover for it.. is that true?? - how to complain about bank of america

My friend has stolen ATM card at an airport.
She called the Bank of America about an hour later and kept the whole cross section, but someone who had bought in a shop, electricity and spent $ 2200th
She spoke with the bank, but said they can not return money because someone is using your card stolen ATM card, no credit card.
I have no idea how people find your PIN number for thought ...

He complained to the supervisor, but he said he can fight with the bank, not to win but.

Does anyone have the same experience?
Is it true that the bank does not cover for him, because he as a bank card?

Please let me know if anyone knows how to get money.

You can use it as a single ATM PIN as stoles card knows the PIN number?

Well, if the card is like a cash machine will be guaranteed by the bank on the grounds that the use of PIN should be the first use after purchase.

Coz to be lower than $ 2,200 given money not be wasted.

There is also a maximum amount you must withdraw the remainder of the ATM which is required

You need the police and check with the bank contact to know what atm used. ATMs are equipped with cameras that may be able to identify the person safe. Sounds like someone you saw may be stolen or know someone who is visible and has the use of PIN in any way to fly and may go to jail.

Good luck!
